It passed me oncoming but there was nowhere to turn around. Many sads were had.

Yeah it's actually not the first time I've seen a test car putting around. I used to go prowl through the BMW USA headquarters in Woodcliff Lake when I still lived in NJ.

I live in CT and see NJ manufacturer plates on occasion. I've only seen one camo'd car. I was very young and don't remember it.
